Hi, I’m Sara.
The physical benefits of Pilates are amazing. So is the energy and mindful connection that it can promote, especially when finding time for yourself is so limited.
Let me help you to achieve better movement, flexibility & strength. Whatever your starting point, optimising your body using Pilates helps to improve posture, alleviate existing injuries or pain points and reduce the risk of future ones.

Having experienced first hand the benefits of pilates I wanted to do the same for others
I first became interested in Pilates over 20 years ago. I was working as a solicitor in London, suffering from chronic lower back pain caused by scoliosis (curvature of the spine). I tried many things to help with the pain but it wasn’t until I started one-to-one Pilates equipment sessions, with a Stott qualified Pilates teacher, that I immediately saw the benefits. After just 5 sessions I was amazed at the difference in my posture, alignment and core strength. Pilates quickly became an integral part of my life and my passion. I want to share with you the benefits I’ve experienced.
In 2011, I decided to leave my legal career and move to Bristol to pursue my dream of teaching Pilates. I now teach Pilates from my fully equipped studio.
Since 2016 I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, from teens to active agers, including people suffering from neurological and physical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, strokes and back injuries.
